Ben Copeland

Ben Copeland is a versatile trombone performer, chamber musician, and educator. Originally from New Glarus, WI, Ben is pursuing degrees in Trombone Performance and Economics at the University of Iowa. In addition to participating in numerous university ensembles, Ben is about to begin a season as the bass trombonist in the Clinton Symphony Orchestra. Ben has diverse chamber experience, as he is a founding member of the widely popular Clinton Street Trombone Quartet and performs with the Prairie Piffari Renaissance Wind Band. A frequent guest artist and soloist, Ben has also performed with the DC Trombone Workshop and the Honors Performance Series. He maintains an active private lesson studio spanning multiple states. In his spare time, Ben is an avid Wisconsin sports fan and board game player.

Brady McSperrin

Brady is a third-year undergraduate student from Dubuque, Iowa pursuing degrees in Music and History. He found a home in the performing arts, participating in school bands, choirs, and local theatre productions since the age of seven. At the University of Iowa, Brady has performed as a member of the Hawkeye Marching Band, Iowa Concert Band and Trombone Choir. When not playing the trombone or studying history, he can be found composing and arranging music, playing video games, and watching football.

Larissa Myers

Larissa Myers is rom Lincoln, Nebraska. Larissa is a third year trombone performance and music education double major. Larissa currently performs in many university ensembles, including the Symphony Band, Trombone Choir, and Jazz Repertory Ensemble. Larissa teaches private lessons and assist with various music festivals’ administrative work in Nebraska.
