Moisés Paiewonsky Visit – Masterclasses and Recital

This week Moisés Paiewonsky, Professor of Trombone at the University of Arizona, presented two masterclasses and a solo recital at the University of Iowa. Mr. Paiewonsky coached trombone quartets, individual soloists, and performed a solo recital where he played the Ewazen Sonata, Sulek Sonata, and the Lars-Erik Larsson Concertino as well as Coltrane’s Bessie’s Blues, Joe Henderson’s Recorda Me, and jazz standard Just Friends.
