On January 21, 2011 Larry Zalkind, Principal Trombone of the Utah Symphony, visited the University of Iowa and presented a Masterclass and Recital. Mr. Zalkind played alto, tenor and bass trombone. He was assisted by Réne Lecuona and Jason Sifford on piano and Jonathan Allen joined him for the final piece on the recital. The program of the recital is listed below.
